We understand the importance of your luggage and the complications of delivering it to the camp. Thus, we call for luggage collection several days prior to the departure day of the Hajj journey.  In set date and location, pilgrims are required to hand over their luggage. The luggage is labeled with a card containing their personal information and seat number. This enables us to deliver the luggage to their accommodation in Mina. The pilgrims are then only required to carry their essential belongings such as medications and other necessities that they may need during their movement from one place to another.

 

Allowed Luggage:

 

Pilgrims are allowed to bring only one bag with dimensions not exceeding 60x50x25cm and a weight limit of 15kg.

 

No other items, such as sacks, bundles, or cardboard boxes, will be allowed.

 

Places and Times for Luggage Collection:

 

Jeddah:

The luggage collection will take place on the 3rd Dhu al-Hijjah (According to sighting the moon).

- Starting from (04:30PM), at the (07:00PM).

Not delivering your luggage at the designated time may contribute to a delay in its arrival at the campsite.

 

 

In the case that the luggage does not arrive or is mishandled, you are kindly requested to follow these steps:

 

1. Report the issue immediately to the reception desk employees.

2. Provide the reception desk employee with the necessary information (Full name, reservation number, any other names written on the luggage, and a picture of the luggage if available).

 

 

The reception desk staff will take all the necessary steps to search for the lost luggage and investigate any mishandling incidents. However, please note that delivering the luggage on the same day as the journey may result in a potential delay in its arrival at the accommodation in Mina, due to factors beyond our control.
