Important information ⚠️:
Dear pilgrim,
Please read the following instructions for your benefit and to facilitate the performance of your pilgrimage:
1. Suggestions for Items You Can Bring:
- A personal wheelchair, if needed, along with a lock to ensure it will not be used by others.
- Your prescribed medications.
- Comfortable shoes for long distances.
- A copy of the Holy Quran (You can also have it downloaded on your mobile device using approved applications).
- Toothbrush and toothpaste.
- A booklet on the rituals of Hajj (You can also have it downloaded on your mobile device using approved applications).
- Ointment for preventing skin irritation.
- Personal hygiene items.
- Hand sanitizer.
- Face masks.
2. General Guidelines:
- Elderly pilgrims, patients, individuals with disabilities, and pregnant women who have difficulty walking long distances must bring their own wheelchairs and be accompanied by an authorized Hajj companion to assist them during the rituals.
- Each pilgrim is allowed to load only one bag, with dimensions not exceeding 25×40×50cm and a maximum weight of 15 kg. Additional items, such as plastic bags, bundles, or cartons, will not be allowed.
- Our location in Mina is adjacent to a pedestrian walkway; therefore, regulations prohibit the use of golf carts around the tower.
- Ensure that the "Tawakkalna" and "Nusuk" applications are installed and updated on your mobile phone.
- The company will contact the pilgrims through the mobile number that was used during the reservation
- Wear a face mask when moving within the camp facilities and outside.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the camp and on buses.
- Follow the instructions of the supervisors and ask them about any matters you are unclear about.
- Our campaign adheres to the approved bus schedules and movement timings set by the Ministry of Hajj.
- No visitors who are not camp residents will be allowed in the camp.
- As per the instructions of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, children are not allowed.
- Ensure you carry the camp identification card and wristband at all times, as entry to the camp will not be permitted without them.
3. Guidelines for Pilgrims during the Performance of Rituals:
- Avoid crowded areas during Tawaf, Sai (walking between Safa and Marwa), and during the stoning of the Jamarat.
- Rushing through certain rituals during Hajj may cause fatigue and over-exertion.
- Wear a face mask at all times.
- It is preferable to use designated pedestrian paths when walking.
- Islam encourages cooperation, so remember to assist elderly pilgrims who may need your help.
- Raising awareness among those around you about following precautionary measures is a sign of your consciousness.
4. Guidelines for Pilgrims while Outside the Tower:
- Familiarize yourself with the routes leading to the Tower, as well as the entrances and exits.
- Using a sunshade or umbrella is necessary for your safety under the sun.
- Exercise caution when boarding and disembarking buses, and avoid crowding others.
- Clear the way for service vehicles and emergency vehicles as they may be hindered from performing their duties.
- Avoid gatherings and congestion in front of Tower entrances and exits.
5. Guidelines for Pilgrims while Inside the Tower:
- Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits near you and the routes leading to them.
- In case of any unfortunate danger, remain calm and assist the elderly in exiting the Tower.
- Always remember that safety is a collective responsibility, and you are an important and active element in achieving it.
- For your safety, follow all the guidance and precautionary measures provided to you, as they are designed to ensure your well-being.
- Dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Ensure that you wear a face mask and regularly sanitize your hands.
