Below are the services included in the package we offer:

Mina Camp: 

- Connected tents (such as halls) for men and women separately, with each pilgrim having a space of 1.6 square meters.

- Tents are air-conditioned using Freon-based cooling systems.

- Every pilgrim has their own place designated by a seat number.

- A convertible sofa bed is provided for sleeping that can also be used in seating arrangement during the day. Additionally, each pilgrim is provided with a blanket and a pillow.

- Adequate restroom, including both Western-style and traditional toilets.

- Catering is provided through food service providers from accredited by the municipality of Makkah and the holy sites to ensure the safety and quality of the provided meals. Three main meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are served, along with hot and cold beverages available 24-hour.

- The premises are equipped with safety measures approved by the Civil Defense.

Arafa Camp: 

Accommodation is provided at the Companys designated site in tents that are constructed and equipped with an open-plan layout. Separate tents are allocated for men and women.

- Every pilgrim has their own place designated by a seat number.

- Each pilgrim is provided with a convertible sofa bed, a blanket, and a pillow.

- Food is provided in a manner that ensures their safety, along with a selection of hot and cold beverages.

- Adequate restroom, including both Western-style and traditional toilets.

- The premises are equipped with safety measures approved by the Civil Defense.

- Round-the-clock security guarding.

Muzdalifah Camp: 

- Open spaces for men and women.

- A mattress, pillow, and sheet for each pilgrim.

- The area are equipped with safety measures approved by the Civil Defense.

- Round-the-clock security guarding.

Catering:

Three main meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are provided. In Mina and Arafat camps, meals are served in an open buffet style, while in Muzdalifah, dry meals are provided. In addition, hot and cold beverages are available 24/7.

Guidance Program:

- Accredited scholars by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs accompany the campaign to address any religious questions or inquiries.

- Emphasizing the priority of adhering to the Sunnah (Prophetic traditions) as much as possible in all Hajj rituals.
