Q: Can I perform Hajj if I have already performed it within the past five years?
A man who has previously performed Hajj within the past five years can register as a mahram (male companion) for a woman who is eligible to perform Hajj.

Registration for Hajj from within the Kingdom has begun on the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah website.
Q: How do I register for your campaign?
Registration Steps:
1. Access the Ministry of Hajj website or "Nusuk" application.
2. Log in and provide your personal information.
3. Enter the verification code sent to you.
4. A screen displaying the main applicants information will appear.
5. Add accompanying individuals, if applicable.
6. Click on the "Add Package" icon.
7. At the top right of the screen, click on the "Filter" icon.
8. In the establishment name field, type: "Almanar for hajj and umra".
9. Fill in the bank account information by clicking on the "Add" icon, and then click (Save).
10. Choose the appropriate payment method, either (full payment) or (partial payment in three installments).
11. Read the cancellation and the deduction after cancellation policy.
12. Click on the "Reserve" icon.
Q: What are the prices of the campaign?
A: Our package is (Package 2), and the total value from
Jeddah: is SAR 9433.45 (Price per pilgrim, inclusive of taxes).
Q: What are the minimum age requirements for registration for Hajj?
A: Registration for Hajj is allowed from the age of 15 and above.
Q: How do I pay the Hajj registration fees?
Payment for Hajj registrations can be made through approved payment channels, such as electronic banking, ATMs, or other methods, depending on the bank.
Q: Is it possible to transfer the fees and for you proceed with the registration process on my behalf?
Sorry! No Hajj service provider is allowed to receive any financial payments directly from the pilgrims. However, we can assist you with the registration process, and you can make the payment using the payment reference number sent to your mobile phone.
Q: If the total payment amount exceeds (SAR 20,000) and I am unable to pay through the ATM, what should I do?
You can make the payment through the electronic services of your bank account, or by visiting a bank branch.
Q: How do I receive the permit?
Once the Ministry of Interior approves your application and you have made the payment, an order for printing will be issued. You can then print the permit via "Absher" from the page dedicated to the pilgrim. Additionally, you can view the permit in the "Tawakkalna" or "Nusuk" applications.
Q: What is the procedure for inquiring about reservations?
To inquire about the details of your reservation, you need to visit the website of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah or use the "Nusuk" application.
Then click on the "Manage Reservations" icon and fill in the required information. After that, the details of your program reservation will be displayed.

We provide the service according to the schedule and requirements of the Ministry of Hajj, and it is up to the pilgrim to choose their preferred pattern based on what they deem appropriate.
Q: Who are the scholars (Sheikhs) for this year?
The Company strives to host scholars and knowledgeable individuals to provide continuous guidance to the pilgrims throughout the Hajj journey. The Awareness Committee coordinates with the Ministry of Islamic Affairs regarding this matter.

Q: What are the departure times from Jeddah?
On the 7th of Dhu al-Hijjah (according to the sighting of the moon), from 13:00 to 16:00.

The camp consists of large halls, with each pilgrim having a space of 1.6 square meters.
Q: How many restrooms do you have?
According to the Ministry of Hajj regulations, we provide one restroom for every 35 pilgrims. Divided into Western-style and traditional toilets.
Q: What type of air conditioning is used in Mina and Arafat?
Freon-based cooling systems.
Q: What are the items that I will need during Hajj?
Appropriate clothing for hot weather, along with some towels and washcloths, a hair and nail clipper, and some medications for headaches, rashes, and soothing creams. Additionally, any necessary specialized medications for your needs.
Women should also consider their specific needs and wear loose and modest clothing that provides coverage.
Q: Do you provide wheelchairs for the elderly?
The Company provides a very limited number of wheelchairs for general emergency use. Therefore, if you have a companion who needs a wheelchair on a regular basis, it is necessary for you to bring your own personal wheelchair and a lock to prevent it from being mistakenly used by other pilgrims.
Q: Should I bring a mattress, blanket, or pillow with me?
The camp provides all bedding essentials ("Sofa Bed," mattress, blanket, and pillow) for each pilgrim.
Q: Do you provide the stoning pebble?

Q: Is the food provided in the form of meals or an open buffet?
- Catering is provided through accredited food service providers from the Makkah region and the holy sites to ensure the safety of the meals offered. Three main meals are served in an open buffet system (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), in addition to 24-hour availability of hot and cold beverages.
Q: Do you provide special meals for diabetic patients and others with dietary restrictions?
Sorry! We only provide the meals specified by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
